Sloth SUP Board crashes the game when placed on the ground outside the Surf Shop next to the Fishing Boat Pier

The Sloth SUP Board is so cute and perfect for a nice day on the water 🌊 but right now it's better to leave it in the store since leaving it on the ground will make the app crash! Liquid in metal water bucket is showing over the edge

Soda turning into jelly sounds like a tasty treat 🥛 but the liquid isn't supposed to show on top of the metal water bucket like it's pretending to be jelly. Hats 🧢 that are also pets 🐶 placed on heads causes crashes when entering Character Creator

Having a small pet and being able to place it on your head is so cute 🐥 but right now it will cause a crash of the game if you enter Character Creator. We've a fix coming in the next update to the game, version 1.139 🎉

Furniture and items renders in front of curtains in Flipside Park

We're aware of an issue where interacting with some packed items it will cause them to duplicate 🥡🥡 Even though a fridge full of ice cream sounds like a dream 💭🍨 we don't recommend doing this since it might cause a crash of the game. Midtown apartments sofa causes crash

Overlapping issue with in Fluffy Friends Adoption centre Agility area

We’re aware of an issue where the sorting in the Fluffy Friends Adoption Centre can get a bit mixed up when pets and characters are going round the agility area and they overlap quite a bit. All Star Stadium shelves break when using items

Can't place items on top of two fridges when closed

We’re aware of a frustrating issue where with two fridges in the game (Fridge from Sweetpea cottage and one of the free fridges) it isn’t possible to place items on top of them when the doors are closed, only when they are open. Not the best if you a lacking room and need to stack things on your fridge so this issue has now been fixed with app version 1.136 🎉 please ensure you are updated to at least this version to see it fixed in your game!

Yoga Mats turning character black

We’re aware of a strange issue where placing characters near yoga mats 🧘 can cause the characters to turn black and looks as if they have a strange pose and are facing backwards. Tapping on the lights in Watermelon Wave Club causes app to crash

Ceiling Furniture displayed too low

We’ve got a fix coming up 🙌 for an issue where placing hanging furniture can be placed too low (hanging mysteriously in mid-air 🤨) and then can be quite difficult to place back up and can get stuck. Dentist chair and phoropter buttons not working

Previously, there was an issue where the buttons raising the Dentist’s chair in the Dentist location and the phoropter, i.e the eye testing machine (yes, I just learnt the word phoropter as well!!) were not working ❎ This issue has now been fixed ✅ with app version 1.133 🎉 so dental 🦷 and eye exams 👀 can resume as normal provided you ensure you are updated to at least this version to see it fixed in your game!

Screen scrolling breaks if a dancing character is interacted with

We’re aware of an issue where in Voxella Festival when grabbing hold of a dancing character 🕺 the camera and scene follows the character. This can make a pretty dizzy experience with the game 😵‍💫 so we are happy to say that this issue has been fixed with app version 1.134 🎉 please ensure you are updated to at least this version to see it fixed in your game!

Characters disappear if holding a baby while turned into a baby

We’ve got a fix coming up 🙌 for an issue where characters created in Character Creator can disappear if they are holding a baby and then turned into a baby 👶 Not sure if babies holding babies is such a good idea. District map signs can block the Home Designer district signs

Missing paper stack from My Room Furniture pack

We’re aware of a strange issue where the paper stack 📒 from the My Room furniture pack is no longer in the game 🤷 Good news! They have been found and you can get them from the Home Designer category with a tree, and then click on the yellow trash bin 🎉

Sluggish scrolling in Character Creator on some devices

We’re aware of some slow sluggish behavior 🐌 of the Character Creator menus on some devices. We know this is frustrating so our team is hard at work on a fix for this 💪 We’ll be sure to update the status here once we know when it will be fixed! Midtown apartments entrance has snapping issues with certain item types

We’re aware of a frustrating issue where certain items are not able to be placed in the bottom of the scene near the door in the Midtown apartments. They unfortunately snap to the middle of the scene almost like a mini-teleport. We know this is frustrating (especially if like me avoid cleaning 🧹and love pot plants covering the dust in every corner of a room 🪴) so, this issue has now been fixed with app version 1.136 🎉 please ensure you are updated to at least this version to see it fixed in your game!

Flipped bunk beds causes character to float mid-air

We’re aware of a frustrating issue where when flipping the free bunk bed when a character is lying on it, can cause the character to be left hanging in mid-air 🥱 While IRL this is probably preferable to falling off a bunk bead, we’re investigating how/when this can be fixed 🔍 and will update here with more information when we can!
