Applicants who aren't accepted to the Superfan Program will receive an email explaining why. If you believe you've properly addressed the feedback, you're welcome to re-apply. If the feedback was about the content of your videos, changes should be reflected in all content published over the past 90 days.

No, the Superfan Program does not provide monetary compensation to its members. We'll never ask for anything from our Superfans which would normally require monetary compensation. Collaboration events are optional, and any content generated by Superfans should be primarily intended for publication on their own channel, not Toca Boca's.

Use of a Superfan's channel name, profile image, or likeness, would usually take place on our Toca Boca channels on our social media, website, or the Portal in Toca Boca World. We work directly with Superfans to get their consent during these collaborations to ensure they're comfortable with how they're represented.

Shining a spotlight on our great creators is an important part of the Superfan Program. Members will be regularly given tools and resources to help create fun content. Occasional 'collaboration opportunities', such as featured spotlight moments on Toca Boca channels (social media, website, in-app Portal), are offered to members. We want new viewers to find you, so when we showcase your content, we'll include full credit with your channel name, profile image, and tag (wherever possible).

Being a content creator can be very demanding. Taking breaks is totally fine, and even encouraged! We only ask that applicants are able to show recent channel activity, with Toca Boca games featured regularly in their videos. So if you're a creator that's currently on a break from the game or from making videos, please wait until you're more active again to apply to our program.

Yes, playing other games is fine! We ask that Toca Boca games make regular appearances in your videos, and that any other games you feature are appropriate and don't cause your videos to stray into material that goes against our Guidelines & Requirements.

Yes, we require all members to have signed our Toca Boca Content Creator Agreement. In cases where a parent applies on behalf of their child, both the parent and child will sign. This is a key part of the onboarding process that takes place after you've been approved to join. All new joiners will have the opportunity to read and ask questions before they decide to sign.
