Toca Boca is looking for a highly proactive and creative Ambassador Program Specialist to join our Marketing team! In this role, you will be the driving force behind the continued evolution of our global Superfans program and the Superfan Hub - our dedicated creator platform designed to inspire, support, and scale our community of brand advocates.

This is a contractor position with an initial contract of 12 months, and we are looking for someone with previous experience working as a contractor.
What You’ll Do
Empower the community: Lead the strategy, development, and growth of Toca Boca’s global Superfans program and the Superfan Hub platform.
Spark creativity: Design and launch engaging initiatives, challenges, and community activations that inspire User-Generated Content (UGC) and long-term brand advocacy.
Build relationships: Foster a welcoming and inspiring environment by building authentic relationships with creators and community members, making them feel recognized and rewarded.
Drive platform innovation: Develop educational resources (like the Creator Academy), streamline communication flows, and optimize the overall Superfan Hub experience to support sustainable, scalable growth.
Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with Social Media, Community Management, Brand, Legal, and Product teams to align community initiatives with broader marketing goals while ensuring digital safety best practices for youth audiences.
Analyze and adapt: Leverage community engagement data and UGC performance to refine your strategies and keep Toca Boca at the cutting edge of fandom behaviors and platform trends.
Is This You?
You have proven experience in community marketing, ambassador programs, or fandom communities - ideally within gaming, entertainment, lifestyle, or youth-focused brands.
You have a deep understanding of internet culture, online communities, and digital trends across TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram.
You have a "hit the ground running" mentality. You independently drive initiatives from concept through launch, taking strong ownership of your work in a fast-moving environment.
You possess strong creative instincts to identify culturally relevant opportunities, balanced with the organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
You have excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for creators, entertainment, and community-driven marketing.

This is a contractor position with an initial contract of 12 months. It is based in our Stockholm office with a hybrid working model (part office, part working from home). You need to be located in Sweden as we are unable to support relocation or offer remote work. As we’re an international company, with over 20 nationalities working here, and millions of users all over the world, you have to be fluent in English. Your application should therefore be in English.
