Would you like to be part of a team shaping the future of product analytics at scale? As an Analytics Engineer, you will play a key role in building scalable, reliable data foundations that support deep insights across the business. This hybrid role blends the technical precision of data engineering with the analytical mindset of product analytics.
In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with product managers, analysts, and data scientists to model user behavior, feature usage, experiments, and funnels in a consistent and structured way. Your work will drive data-informed decisions and power experimentation, reporting, and strategic product development.
What you’ll be doing
As an Analytics Engineer, you’ll bridge the gap between data engineering and product analytics. Your focus will be on building scalable, trustworthy data foundations that empower deeper product analysis and experimentation across the organization.
You’ll collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and analysts to model user behavior, feature usage, funnels, and experiments. Using tools like dbt and BigQuery, you’ll design and maintain clean, consistent data models that power self-serve analytics and critical business decisions.
You’ll translate raw product event data into structured, documented datasets. You’ll define and codify core product metrics and KPIs, support experimentation frameworks, and ensure data is modeled for discoverability, quality, and trust. Your work will directly support product growth, decision-making, and strategic innovation.
Is this you?
You have 3+ years of experience in data roles, with at least 1–2 years focused on product analytics or working closely with product teams.
You’re fluent in SQL and experienced with dbt, capable of building modular, testable, and scalable models in a modern data warehouse environment like BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift.
You have a strong grasp of event-based data, sessionization, funnel modeling, and user behavior analytics. You’re comfortable working with product analytics tools such as GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Heap.
You’re a strong cross-functional partner who balances technical precision with business context. You take pride in clean documentation, clear lineage, and governance practices that promote data quality.
Bonus if you have experience with Python, Git, Airflow, Tableau, Power BI, or A/B testing frameworks.

This position is full-time and based in our Stockholm studio with a hybrid working model (part office, part working from home). We apply a 6-month probationary period. You’ll need to be located in Sweden as we are unable to support relocation. As we’re an international company, with over 20 nationalities working here, and millions of users all over the world, you need to be fluent in English. Your application should therefore be in English.
